[comp.sys.mac] Single Page Monochrome Displays -- recommendations wanted

I'm looking for recommendations on single-page monochrome displays for
the Mac II (specifically a IIcx).  It is important to me that the
screen display be 72 DPI, which lets out the otherwise excellent Apple
display.  (I'd rather have true WYSIWYG and readable small fonts at 72
DPI than be able to see a full page on a slightly-smaller-than-full-page 
monitor at 80 DPI.)
