In answer to the question as to whether MS-Windows will run under SoftPC.... Yes it does. You do not have to do anything special to make this happen! It doesw however run a little slow. Flight simulator 3.0 for the pc also runs but is also a bit too slow to play. But then that is true for a PC as well!!!
