A few questions about Red Ryder. (I don't much about it, so this isn't a flame. At least not if I get the correct answers. :-) Can RR upload/download multiple files using Kermit? How? I tried to do this, and ended up with 10 MacBinary files all crunched into a single file. I knew it was flakey when the % done bar reached about 140% with no end in sight. And it did this *without* reporting a single error!!! I know Kermit on the Unix works fine, as I use it daily with a number of other machines. But the Mac chokes. In vt100 mode, how can I set it to display 80 columns by 24 rows? A vt100 is 80x24, not 90x30, not 60x20, etc. This really screws things up. Setting it manually would be acceptable, if it saved the screen size. Doing this every time is a waste. How can I get the escape key to work? Using option-[ is a real pain. Using vi at 1200bps is bad enough; is RR trying to torture me? This is RR 10.3. Yes it was bought. No I can't find TFM. It took me two months to find the "Intro to MacII" manual.
