Out training department has a MACII which is used to prepare presntation materials, write reports, etc.. It is also used by individuals from other departments on an occaisonal basis. The training people would like to make sure that only the owner of a given folder can change the material in it. Specifically, what they would like is some software (DA/INIT/CDEV) which would accept a password to enable access to a particular set of folders. When the user was done, they would tell it to protect those folders again. If someone else wants to use a different folder, they would specify that folders password to unprotect it. Some folders would be left unprotected, and there are multiple flaws in a security scheme which implements this, but in our office environment, this would be useful. Is there any software available to do this? The training people have minimal budget for enhancing the machine, so Free/Share/Cheap ware is want is needed here. Thanks, Joel M.
