does anyone have a list of codes generated by each keyboard stroke for both regular and extended keyboards. Additionally, how can one "emulate" extended keyboard commands on the regular ADB keyboard? Please let me know if these codes are published anywhere. A printed picture of both keyboards would also be nice. I am working with some software designed for the extended ADB keyboard.
