[comp.sys.mac] I need to locate a package to help with Real Estate management

   Does anyone know of any type of "Real Estate Management (etc, ....)"
package for the mac.  Either Public Domain, Shareware, or even (gasp...)
Commericial.  I have a friend who is thinking about buying a Mac, but wants
to know if such a package exists so that he could (possible) use it to
manage his properties.

   He is also looking for a few good spread-sheet programs (Well, one really
good one actually :-).  I know of excel, and Cricket-Graph, but I have never
really used either.  If someone has a recomendation on either of these also.
It would be greatly appreciated.
