[net.wanted] Need advice and termcap for Concept AVT

I just got an avt with APL and 4 pages of memory options.  Besides desiring an
appropriate termcap (or Emacs TRM file), is there anything I can do about the
terminal not keeping up at 9600 baud?

This is a problem only in Emacs where I turn off ^S/^Q.
