I purchased Think's LSP about ten months ago and have had little experience with it. The main reason for not using it was its tendency to crash. I have been mainly using Turbo Pascal, but would still like to use LSP. All problems seem to surface when running under Multifinder, I think it behaves nicely under Finder, however I'm not totally sure. 1. All problems seem to begin after compiling a program and running it. 2. The system hangs after moving a window or selecting a menu item. 3. If I choose quit after running a program I am returned to the Finder, but when I select About Finder from the Apple menu the system seems to do a very fast reboot (All Icons disappear and the desktop is redrawn). Currently I am using a Mac SE with the following hardware/software: 1. Radius 16MHz accelerator. 2. Radius FPD. 3. System 6.0.2 running under MultiFinder. ( I think this may be the problem? ) 4. INITS: SuperSpool, SuperClock!, Pyro, Suitcase II, Radius. ANY SUGGESTIONS? If you're using the Radius display INIT, take it out until you can get the newer version from Radius; there are known problems in older versions of the Radius SE and II Display INITs. --Rich ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rich Siegel Staff Software Developer Symantec Corporation, Language Products Group Internet: siegel@endor.harvard.edu UUCP: ..harvard!endor!siegel "When it comes to my health, I think of my body as a temple - or at least a moderately well-managed Presbyterian youth center." - Emo Phillips ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
