My mother has recently inherited a 128K Macintosh, and, while she is willing to invest a little money in software, is not (at this time) up to spending even the $300 to upgrade it to a 512K (but still obsolete). Since my own background is in IBM 370 & PC, with a little recent Amiga and Atari, I've never really kept up with Macintosh software. Is there an Old Software Home out there somewhere that sells software which will run on a 2-floppy 128K Mac? What about Public Domain / Shareware? In a similar vein, does anyone know where I can find information on adding an external (say 14") monitor to one of these beasties? Computer Shopper's Hackintosh articles have been helpful, but not quite specfic enough. The original warranty is, let us say, no longer of much concern... Any help will be appreciated.
