[comp.sys.mac] Illustrator files in Word 3.0x

Help!  I need to know if I can paste Illustrator 88 (And Freehand 1.0)
documents into a manuscript written on Word 3.0x without sending both
of them to a third program such as pagemaker.  I try to do Insert
Graphics but I can't seem to get that to work.

All help and suggestions would be appreciated.
