Has anyone heard any news of when version 1.1 of MacWrite II will be released? As much as I love this word processor, I have almost been forced to abandon it due to the scrambling bugs associated with cut, copy, and paste! Tech support told me they knew of the problems, and they would be fixed in the next release, but I forgot to ask when that would be. Dave, MacWrite II 1.0v2 corrects the Cut/Paste bug you encountered. The bug occurs in low memory situations, and is less prevalent whn you remove some of the larger INITs and CDEVs that lurk in your system.
