I recently ordered two Ehman drives based on their ads. The ad in the current (September) MacWorld continues to state the the 20-meg drives cost $399. Fortunately, I was sent a copy of our purchase order. Over the phone, Ehman told the university that the price was $20 more. This is still cheap, but it appears to be false advertising since the price has still not been changed in the ad. We're going to try to follow up to make sure we aren't overcharged $40. Has anyone else had such a disquieting experience with Ehman? Steve Goldfield

I purchased a 65mb external from Ehman several months ago. The price was as advertised, plus $10 shipping... I have had no problems with the drive, other than the fact that it is very noisy... but for the price, I can live with it. I was also very impressed with their phone personel... they were very pleasant to deal with, and answered all my questions... were I to decide to purchase another drive, I would buy not hesitate to purchase it from Ehman... for what that's worth :) Geoff. gcrooks@unc.bitnet RatRunner@cup.portal I don't need a disclaimer... everybody know's that I don't know anything.
