[comp.sys.mac] Deskjet, Deskjet+, and Deskwriter

I missed the majority of news traffic concerning the Deskjet, Deskjet+,
and the Deskwriter.  Could someone please mail me information about these
printers?  The kind of questions I have are:

	- What are the differences between the printers?
	- What kind of Mac drivers/utilities are available for them
	  and how good are they?
	- How much are the printers and drivers?
	- Where can you get them?  Mail order?
	- Any hands on experiences?
