Since the 24th, (last time i tried getting on) I haven't been able to get ont sumex-aim.stanford.edu. Has the address changed? I get a reply of no such site exists (something like that). I have gotten onto sumex many times before, but now I can't find it. Any help?

After reading your message, I connected to sumex-aim via ftp.
Must be something wrong with your network connections.

I have occasional difficulty connecting to sumex, do to some name server bogosity. In that case, I just use 36.44.0.6 instead and it works. -- =Spencer (spencer@eecs.umich.edu)

Yup, that was the problem. THanx for those who repiled and helped.

I was wondering if anybody was having trouble getting into Sumex. I was always able to get into in via anonymous ftp up until this week. Is anybody else having this problem. Could something be wrong with sumex or is the problem at my end. Finally what are the other systems that have the info-mac archives. I've heard there are a few machines that have the archives, but I just can't remember what their IP addresses were. Thanks, Brian Moore (ziff@zip.eecs.umich.edu)
