I have a question maybe someone can answer. I called Symantec's upgrade line
to get the upgrade from TC 3.0 to 4.0. Everything seemed to go smoothly.
I haven't yet received my upgrade, though, which gives me some concerns. These
concerns grew even more today when I received this month's credit card bill
that informed me that Symantec billed my account on August 16. Is it possible
that it could take 12 days to ship this to me (assuming it was shipped the same
day as it was billed)?
Also, totally unrelated, does anyone know where I can find a EPS file that
contains the Apple logo (bitten Apple)? If someone has this (or a PICT file
would be OK as well), could you send it to me? Thanks,
