There are chapters located all over the west coast, but I don't know anything about anywhere else. You might check related groups like traditional music groups, music stores that specialize in folk music etc., as they tend to know about such doings. Con II) of all kinds of costumes and goings on etc., but I don't know how to get in touch with them directly.
