This has probably been covered by someone in the past, but I'm getting frustrated! My icon for Works disappeared about a year ago and was replaced by the generic appl. icon. About May it re-appeared for 3 or 4 days and then dissappeared for good. Sometime in July the Works Plus Spell icon changed for the first time also and I haven't been able to get it back. Now I can handle this, but last week my Stuffit! icon changed by itself also! I didn't even use it! I powered up one morning and it had changed from the funny looking trashcan with arrows (trash compactor?) to the disk and C-clamp. Anybody had this happen to them?? BTW, I hadn't used stuffit! for about a week and no new programs or unusual stuff either. My system? 'Plus w/ generic HD running 5.0 (I have too many programs that don't like 6.x.x) and too many odd inits and such to mention.... Dave Seiter seiter(at)abbott.mips.com
