I recently posted a request for information on resetting the control panel from one location in a Macintosh lab envirionment. Well, got received only requests for information. So I asked a gentleman here at Clemson if he could come up with something and he did: LABtools 1.0 - Restart Macs from one location - Shutdown Macs - Change Control Panel settings All from one location and it is password protected. Great for lab situations were the control panels are always being changed by the users or were all the machines need to be turned off at the end on the day. I have a copy of the files and documentation on hubcap.clemson.edu (130.127.8.1) in pub/mac for those who would like a copy. There is only a $15 ShareWare fee. Please note that Clemson University is not responsible for this program or its use. All payments are to be made to the individual who wrote the software.
