Has anyone out there have tried and succeeded in using KIP/CAP *solely* with the Mac ethertalk cards (say, on the Mac-2) only ? --i.e. WITHOUT the Kinetics FastPath (or any other bridge boxes) whatsoever ? Do the KIP/CAP packages run *solely* as daemons on the Sun (or other Unix boxes) or it is split in half+half between the Mac & the Sun ? Also, can anyone point me to where I should ftp these packages ?
