A friend of mine has asked me about a DA called SmartArt that supposedly produces interesting effects with type. I am not familiar with this product and would appreciate a brief critique of its usefulness. A specific question would be: does it work with Type 3 (Adobe) fonts? Comments very much appreciated. If I remember right, SmartArt deals with encryption by sending the
PostScript to an attached printer for imaging.
So, yes, I believe it does deal with Adobe Type 3 fonts, but I might
be mistaken.
