I recently bought a Mac SE, and have a perfectly good, older dot-matrix printer (IDS Microprism Model 480) that I would like to use, instead of having to buy an Imagewriter. It has a serial and parallel port, supports text or graphics modes, and prints 84x84 dpi. I contacted the factory, but they don't support it because it's older (bought in 1982). Does anybody out there have such a driver? Or can one be made relatively inexpensively? Or is this not such a hot idea...?
