[comp.sys.mac] Popup 2.0: What is it?

I recently found an INIT(??) called Popup 2.0 on my hard disk that I
purchased.  I could find no doc's on it and I put it in my system
folder, but could not see what it does.  Could someone please tell
me what it does?
