Hi there.
I'm a music hobbyist who likes to tinker around with music on the Mac.
Currently, I have Concertware+ v.4 (w.o MIDI) running on a Mac Plus
with 2.5 Mb RAM. If I upgrade to the MIDI version, what will I need
to be able to play music from a keyboard and have the Mac transcribe
it and be able to play it back? Remember, I'm only a hobbyist and
won't be doing a lot of funky jazz timings and things like that, so if
someone could give recommendations on a low-end MIDI-compatible
keyboard and whatever else I will need, I'd appreciate it. Oh, almost
forgot, I may be upgrading to a IIcx soon and would like a system that
can carry along to it, preferrably that can take advantage of the
stereo in the IIcx (Concertware+ is smart about providing 8 tracks on
a II-family and only 4 tracks on the compact line).
Thanks again.
