I am also looking for SLIP for Mac. Please mail me info on the whereabouts of this piece of software. Is anyone out there using this and if so how does it perform. What are the minimum hardware requirements for this to work?? cheers, Deepak Seth internet: deepaks@jacobs.CS.ORTS.EDU

I am using KA9Q's package for the Macintosh to use TCP/IP on packet radio, this program implements SLIP (I guess, but I haven't had the time to dig around in the sources). It is archived as MacNet, there is also a second program used for reading and creating mail MacBM which is also in the archives. This stuff is freeware (or Public Domain as you like) and sources are also available. Perhaps it contains to much radio-amateur stuff for "normal" Mac network users but at least give it a try... Good Luck!
