[comp.sys.mac] Apple File Exchange and XyWrite files

I'm looking for an Apple File Exchange document that will
convert XyWrite files to some Macintosh word processor format.

If anyone possesses or has heard of such a beast I'd appreciate
hearing from you. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to roll my own.
