Is there any method for translating an EPS or QuickDraw file into a
GIF format?  (Actually, I really need to go from EPS or QuickDraw to
HPGL, but I have a GIF to HPGL.)

Just email since it is doubtful anyone in their right mind would want
to do this conversion.  (I'm not in mine.)
