Summary: prints too high on page, loud and slow What is the status of Apple's policy toward Imagewriter LQ owners. An administrator in the department bought an SE and an IW LQ almost a year ago, and finally dusted it off to start using just recently. Not surprisingly, he is more than a little disappointed with the LQ. There is one problem which really stands out. The printing starts about 2 inches too high, which in many cases means _above_ the top of the paper. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix besides manually adjusting each sheet? I haven't really followed the LQ discussions as I thought we didn't have any here. I remember hearing that apple was offering a laserwriter SC as a replacement. While that sounds way too good to be true, I'd appreciate an update on what can be done with these, um, printers. Thanks, Fred Schulz
