The Mac IIci can have 1MB in bank A and 4MB in bank B. This is the first Mac that is "smart enough" to do this. This situation is highly desirable in the Mac IIci. You can put 1MB of memory in bank A to use mostly as video memory (with the cycle stealing), then have 4MB in bank B that can be used at full-speed (assuming you use the built-in video). -Michael -- Michael Niehaus UUCP: <backbones>!{iuvax,pur-ee}!bsu-cs!mithomas Apple Student Rep ARPA: mithomas@bsu-cs.bsu.edu Ball State University AppleLink: ST0374 (from UUCP: st0374@applelink.apple.com)
