Is there a living person who owns a Cornerstone monitor and would care to comment on its performance? Specifically, I'm interested in the Cornerstone "DualPage" 19 inch display for use with a Mac IIcx. It offers gobs of pixels (1152 x 896) for a reasonable price, but I find that no dealer in Seattle actually has one that it can show me. Macworld May '89 gave it a generally favorable review but concluded that, if money were not an issue, it would purchase a monitor costing several times as much. So who wouldn't? But money IS an issue to me. A very spiteful woman at Computer Era in NYC insisted only that this was such an inferior product that they will no longer sell it. Still, her general demeanor leads me to discount the quality of her advice, and I'd like to solicit opinions from Those Who Know. When asking around here in the Seattle area, I got the feeling that computer dealers didn't like Cornerstone, but I surely cannot say why. Again, would anybody care to offer their experiences with their 19" display? thanks! -- Jeff Stearns John Fluke Mfg. Co, Inc.
