My problem is that my associate has an IBM pc (and will not change), I have an SE. We both need to keep track of our customers, calls, and management. Whatever product we go with, there has to be a method of xfer of data between the mac and the pc. We will xfer actual files via modem, the internals of the files are what concerns me. I have found 3 products on the mac so far and will summarize them. If anyone out there has experience with these products or knows of others please send me email or call. Whatever results I get I will summarize and post. 1-Sidekick 2.0 - seems to do it, runs on both mac and pc but I don't know if the data files are exchangable. If anyone does please rsvp. 2-Market Master - sounds almost like a fit for the mac, but it only exports text files and there is no pc version. 3-C.A.T. - sounds like a good fit, but has virtually no export capabilities, I just spoke with them and was told how easy it was to export, just select all the records then copy from the edit menu, then open a word processor or excell...
