I am looking for a word processor or a desktop publishing software that is script-manager compatible. Somehow, none of the word processors or desktop publishing softwares that I know of are 100% compatible with Chinese Talk 1.0. MS Word messes up with the cursor position; MacWrite and Ready-Set-Go do not handle line-feed properly; MacWrite II messes up even more under the Chinese system. I suppose script-manager is some kind of standard that Aplle has set up. I don't understand why nobody follows it. Is it a lot of work to make a product script-manager compatible? (I guess TeachText is the only script-manager compatible product, but its functionality is too primitive). I need a script-manager compatible product that does the basic wordprocessing, provides double columns, and has a horizontal scroll bar. I heard that some other countries did procude such products, I like to have the detailed information on them.
