Hello all, Does anyone out there have any idea why I cannot print from Word 4.0 in Draft mode on an Imagewriter II. Word 3.02 or any other programs still print right, but when I try it from Word 4.0 with the quality set on draft, nothing happens. My setup is a 1 MB Mac II with a handful of common inits. I tried it with all my inits disabled, but it behaved the same. Any suggestions? I hate waiting for the "Faster" mode when all I want is a quick dirty rough draft. While I have your attention I have another question about Word 4.0. The other day I was playing with some new fonts and opened up several new font suitcases using Suitcase II. Later when I called up a document in Word, all I got was garbage characters. I left Word, closed the new font suitcases and tried again. The document was back to normal. I could maybe understand this if I had deleted the fonts from the system that the had used, but how did adding fonts cause Word to get confused? Any help or information that you could offer will be greatly appreciated! Ted Goldstein Purdue University School of Technology du4@mace.cc.purdue.edu

When she used version 2.7, it worked fine (I believe that's the current version of the AT drivers).-- David Walton Internet: dwal@tank.UChicago.EDU University of Chicago { Any opinions herein are my own, not } Computing Organizations { those of my employers (or anybody else). }
