How do you figure out these network mailing addresses? I have tried to reply to several postings by mail but don't seem to have had much luck. When I call up mail I will get a header with a 'to' address something like 'someone@somewhere.some.place'. The mailer doesn't like this at all and is fairly quick to reject it. I did find out that I have to add 'uunet' someplace in the address, and that I probably have to remove the '@' and rearrange things a bit. Our system administrator doesn't know any more and doesn't have time to check it out. Could someone please shed some light on this mystery of the ages?
