[comp.sys.mac] Turning a lisa on it's side: the big mac

fink@acf5.NYU.EDU (Howard Fink) (10/13/89)

C O M B is selling a Lisa 2/Macintosh XL with a 10 meg drive for $999.
After staring at the picture of the lisa, it dawned on me that it's a
mac lying on its side. The screen area is just a page if the screen
is turned vertical. Would it be possible to rotate every window on the
screen 90 degrees? It's such a whacky idea, I'd love to have one of these
on my desk.

Anyone?

Check this price out further before you buy. COMB can be way off on prices,
but sometimes offers good deals.

Get a reference price from Sun ReMarketing, the real home of the Lisa these
days. I think their prices are lower.... Get their phone number from
an ad in MacWorld.
