C O M B is selling a Lisa 2/Macintosh XL with a 10 meg drive for $999. After staring at the picture of the lisa, it dawned on me that it's a mac lying on its side. The screen area is just a page if the screen is turned vertical. Would it be possible to rotate every window on the screen 90 degrees? It's such a whacky idea, I'd love to have one of these on my desk. Anyone? Howard Fink ACF-CIMS-NYU fink@acf5.nyu.edu

COMB can be way off on prices, but sometimes offers good deals. Get a reference price from Sun ReMarketing, the real home of the Lisa these days. I think their prices are lower.... Get their phone number from an ad in MacWorld. Eirikur Hallgrimsson eh@ddif.enet.dec.com
