[comp.sys.mac] Using Laserprinters via serial ports - how to?

I know this comes up periodically, so email replys to me rather than
clog the net.

A co-worker needs to send postscript out a serial port rather than an
over an appletalk network. How do we do it? [Why do it? Sharing a laserwriter
with another computer that speaks through a centronics interface.]
