[comp.sys.mac] Apple to Fix FDHD Drive Failures?

When my 40M Quantum drive broke down (well within the
warranty period, thank g*d), the repairman told me that
the FDHD microfloppy drives have also been failing at a
high rate.

Now, since those things cost >$600 do you think Apple will
make any promises about those as well?
