A friend of mine is having problems formatting a 1.4 meg floppy. When the drive is done and the format is complete, we end up with an 800k disk. Can someone please describe the procedure? What type of floppy, what program, etc? We have not been able to find anything in the manuals that we have and would appreciate any information regarding a 1.4 meg floppy format. elrond@titan.tsd.arlut.utexas.edu

If you don't use 1.4 meg floppies in the drive, then all you'll get is 800K disk. Hope this helps. -- \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\|///////////////////////////////////////// David M.
