We have installed a Local-talk PC card and Appleshare PC 2.0 software on an IBM AT which is also connected to an IBM PC Network. Appleshare PC has drivers for the IBM Token Ring Local Area Network. However, these drivers do not work with the IBM PC Network card and the IBM Local Area Network (IBM PC Network) Software version 1.12 . It seems that although the IBM Local Area Network Software can work with both the IBM PC Network card and the IBM Token Ring Local Area Network card, Appleshare PC can only work with the Token Ring card only. We can run Appleshare PC 2.0 OR the IBM PC Network 1.12, but not both at the same time (obviously both take over the same net bios interrupts.) There seem to be no hardware conflicts between the Appletalk PC card and the IBM PC-Network card. We would like to share IBM PC Network drives with Appleshare. Can Appleshare PC 2.0 perform this function? If so, does anybody know what driver or NET.CFG is needed to allow Apple Share PC 2.0 to talk with the IBM PC Network?
