This seems really simple, someone may have even said this before, and it's not an "ideal" solution to the problem. However, a work-around (not a "solution") to the problem of being able to see the folder you want to copy a file into is this: o drag the destination folder onto the Desktop, above the Trash Can, for example. o Then, close all of the extra windows (option-closeWindow closes all open windows). o Find the file you want to copy. o Drag it into the destination folder. o Click once on the destination folder, and pull down "Put Away" from the "File" menu. -/ Dave Caplinger /--------------------------------------------------------- Microcomputer Specialist, Campus Computing, Univ. of Nebraska at Omaha mspecial@zeus.unl.edu ...!uunet!unocss!dent MSPECIAL@UNOMA1
