[comp.sys.mac] MS Word --> nroff translator needed.

Apparently, some people at our division have cause to transfer word
processor documents between MS Word and unix (nroff-formatted).  At
the moment, they must transfer only the ascii text, thereby losing
all of their formatting and style information.

Does anyone know of a program that will translate MS Word documents
into nroff form, and visa-versa?  Please mail me any hints or leads;
I'll summerize to the net if there is interest.
