I want to know how you expand the 'About the Finder' window so that you can see more that 3 or 4 application and their respective memory usage. Also, even thought this has probably been hacked to death, why does my new hard disk need to have the mac turned on first in order not to make funny noises. It is a Seagate, and I have had great luck with the particular model ( I abuse them a bit....). Two last questions, besides graphic load average on Sumex (GLA), are there any xload (load of cpu display applications) availible for the mac. Trying to compile with somethings is impossible with GLA, as it must make inquiries at the "wrong" times. Finally, reverse screen does not work on my mac, a mac2 with 030 and 32 bit quickdraw. Is there anythting that will let me color the windows' backgrounds (the white around folders and files....)? Any help would be appreciated.
