Hi there. Does anyone know anything about a product called Odesta Documentation Management System, ODMS? A phone number for Odesta would be a great start (not 800 please) Here's what I know: the product was previewed at Seybold at some version of it is supposedly used by the New York Times to keep track of various text and graphics files on a massive scale. The NYT system sells for about $2000, I'm looking for a smaller version to manage user manual and reference manual files for a software firm. I'd like to know if the program can show you the differences between any two versions of a file, what file formats it works with, if various versions can be marked and then a complete manual generated from these marks, ... basically, how good a job of configuration management can this do? Also, how much does it cost? When will it be available? Can we be a test site? Etc, etc. ANY information you can offer would be helpful. I'll summarize. Thanks.
