Hey there folks, I got a couple of questions for you which I'll put in one note to save a little bit of space. I've got an SE/30 and I'm curious about some of the available boards for it. 1) Color, I've seen ads for 24 bit color but I haven't seen any for 8 bit. Hopefully it would be cheaper. But has anyone bothered to introduce something as passe' (sp?) as an 8 bit board. 2) Cache Cards. Has anyone heard of any cache cards (like the one by Orchid for the II) that will work in an SE/30? The card for the IIci goes into a processor direct slot (not NuBus) if I recall. This is probably a dumb question, but would it work in the SE/30? Thanks much. Nick, SuperMac Technology was the first to announce and show an 8-bit video card for the Mac SE/30 at MacWorld-SF '89. In fact, Apple used our Spectrum/8 (Series II) for the Mac SE/30 when they introduced the SE/30. And since then, we've announced a low-cost 8-bit SE/30 video card specifically for the Apple 13" monitor, ColorCard SE/30.
