Does anyone know of ANY source for replacement keyswitches for the Mac Plus keyboard (if it makes any difference, that's the one with the numeric keypad and the old, non-Battleship Grey/Platinum case) I'd like to avoid replacing the whole keyboard for one minor mistake...I dropped the keyboard...(there's a spring on the end in the form of a cable, and when you pull farther than you should without thinking while holding on to the keyboard with one hand...) Anyway, I broke off the ESC key. Oh, sorry. it's not and ESC key..it's a `/~ key. whatever. The actual post is broken. The keycap itself is fine. I took the keyboard apart (second time in 3.5 years..it was dusty!), and found that the switches were soldered in. That's no big deal, I can wield a soldering iron. I seem to remember from the discussion on mouse balls a few years ago (anyone else remember THAT?!? :-)) that there IS a supplier for these misc. parts that no one thinks about until they make the foolish move of breaking/ losing them. Thanks in advance... Andrew -- Andrew Reynhout (Internet: reynhout@wpi.wpi.edu) "Maybe if we pretend this never happened, they'll all just...go away." - Laurie Anderson
