We need to produce "boilerplate" forms that will later have their blanks filled in by a secretary. Our options seem to be (1) use WORD 4.0 to create the forms and fill them in; (2) use a forms package to create them and word to fill them in; (3) use a forms package to both create them and fill them in. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Please mail to me directly, I'll sumarize and post the results. Thanks in advance.
