Can someone tell me if I can take 256K SIMMS that I remove from my Mac SE when I perform a memory upgrade, and put them in a LaserWriter? Does anyone have any information on this process? As I remember it, Mac SIMMs are optimized for byte access while Laserwriter SIMMs are optimized for accessing a row of bits (think of what a Laserwriter has to do).
