Greetings, Well, I'm just about ready to take the plunge and upgrade to a Mac II system. I have my eye on a IIcx, but I'm wondering what's on the horizon from Apple. Are they coming out with anything in the next year that would warrant my waiting. I'd really like to have the speed of a IIci, but I can't afford it. I'd really like to have the extra three slots of a IIx, but (a) I don't have the space and (b) I can't afford it (sure it's a small difference, but I'm on a REALLY tight budget). I bought a Plus when it was the top-of-the-line machine, intending that it would get me through college. Well, here I am, a sophomore, and Apple's talking about System 7.0, and I can't really run Mathematica on a Plus with any effectiveness anyway, etc. So, what's Apple got in store? --Mike
