On the new Virtual 2.0 upgrade disk, there is a "simple beep
installer". However it doesn't work for me. I have tried
it a couple of times and still don't have my simple beep
when using Virtual 2.0 on my SE/30.

I called Connectix about this and was given a method to get
the beep installer to work. The
trick was to boot from a floppy and then use the beep
installer on the system file on my hard disk. This did
worked for me so I now have virtual memory and my beep.
