Not wishing to clutter the system folder, which in my case is a volume all its own, I created a "Fonts" folder, placed the Downloadable fonts into it and added a "Suitcase" with 10&12 points screen fonts for the postscript fonts in it. I.e. I emptied the system file of all except the essential fonts and placed Times, Helvetica etc into this external file. I then opened the suitcase in "reopen at startup" mode, but nonetheless, ATM can't find the Postscript fonts (it just scales the bit images). Adobe suggested that my version of Suitcase may not be suitable for this use with ATM, if true, did I miss an upgrade somewhere - was there a 1.2.? upgrader in comp.binaries.mac that I missed ? Scenario: system folder/fonts/postscript fonts " " suitcase file <- opened

Current version of Suitcase II is 1.2.5. It works justfine with ATM with the fonts in the Suitcase folder. -- Chuq Von Rospach <+> chuq@apple.com <+> [This is myself speaking] When it comes to matters ourside your specialties, you are consistently and brilliantly stupid [....] with respect to matters you haven't studied and have had no experience basing your opinions on casual gossip [....] and plain misinformation -- unsuspected because you haven't attempted to verify it. -- Robert Heinlein to J.W.
