[net.wanted] Termcap for an IBM PC? Emulation package?

is there anything like a termcap for an IBM pC.  I would like to use it
talk to 4.2 BSD and use the 'vi' editor.

You can use the packard by Holtman - its free - and there is a termcap
	(and terminfo) available .
